When we rank up we should get more HP or more Armor , or maybe like when we get to Rank 3 we receive more 1 bullet in the Rocket Launcher , something like that... Sounds good?

Well I know that when you reach Rank 11 you get more armour and weapons. But you're right, we should have this for each rank.
